Dino and Mary Caidominici founded Cibo's in 1986, as a retail and wholesale outlet. Experienced in the food industry, it became apparent there was an increasing demand for quality continental products.

Over the years, Cibo has established a good reputation and strong contacts in the industry, dealing with many leading manufacturers in the world.

We sell products from all over the world, specialising in Italian meats (Prosciutto Crudo, Salame), cheeses (Parmigiano, Mozzarella di Bufala), pastas (De Cecco, Rana) and wines (Fantinel, Santa Lucia).
